I like how you've done something with the "i" instead of creating a separate image. That said, the tie does not represent me well. In a world where San Francisco people or those in Hong Kong don't wear ties the image is not good. We are a consulting company, I speak at major conferences, I'm a professor and I write. We help organizations be more productive, grow, expand, becomes more streamlined, market, plan, strategize, forecast, sell, better. Think Professional services. I do have GOLD in my name. Not that I want pieces of gold however GOLD SMITH is someone who forges gold. Organization might end up needing to be larger just so that it's seen. Giving you a 4 because you worked with the name....this is a start.
