We are also looking for YARD SIGN design ideas with this contest. That could also be a logo with a slogan involved like "The sign of success and savings" or maybe "Go Realty to buy, sell and save!". For that you would need to put a FOR SALE and phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx as well. THANKS TO ALL FOR YOUR IDEAS--We will constantly be monitoring and giving feedback to this contest. It is very important to us and we are taking it VERY seriously!

DESIGN INSPIRATIONS: Hi Designers. I took some time to check some other contests and found some that I like and would like to share here for you. CATALINA INVESTMENTS--the winner was GOOD. Corporate, sleek feel. Also Darksoul's entries I liked because of color and unique (#35200, 35202 and 35203)

Teragu contest: I like about everything BLACKHORSE does. The entry at #58994..love the font, especially the R and something like that for the R in Realty could look great. Blackhorse, if you are reading this--please enter my contest--love your work!

Flagstick contest: Check out damichi75's #'s 41443 and 41444...just cool. Same contest, I liked Pelayo2001's #41792 for the graphic, COLOR and nice readable font style. I hope these designers will enter this contest!

One last bit of inspiration: MINOTAUR contest. Mahmur's #39116--sharp! I like manzdesign's #38391 with a "drawn" look to the shape. My favorite was 38982..DIFFERENT, COLOR, text is cool and still readable but that is about as far out as you'd want to go on the text. I hope all this will inspire you. This community has a TON of talent and can't wait to see what the next few days brings in entries--thank you all!

We are close to prepaying this contest in the hopes of getting more designs and designers for it. If we can get a few more really good entries and we know we can be excited about what we have in front of us--we will do it. Dorarpol has 2 good logos above and designpro is on to something pretty interesting. Keep trying all and hopefully we can get some new submittals so we can prepay!

Dorarpol: Could we try your logos in different colors? Century 21 is gold and we want uniqueness. Did you check the contest for FLAGSTICK? The colors submitted by Pelay02001 in #41792 would be great. Minotaur contest--#38982 colors are good as well. Not sure how that will translate with a simple, clean logo like you've built but would love to see other colors anyway to compare.

Hi Designpro...where did I say we wanted to be ANYTHING like C21 or any other stodgy, boring old traditional real estate compnay. We are completely opposite in commission structure and corporate culture and the logo must represent this...that's why we would probably want to stay away from gold (C21), Red, Blue (remax, assist2sell etc..)

I did mention that we want to be unique from Century 21 but the way I worded it could be construed differently like I wanted to be gold like them. Apologize if I stepped on your toes in my reply above. NO GOLD OR BABY BLUE OR IF YOU ARE USING NAVY (WHICH IS FINE) JUST DON'T PUT IT WITH RED (RE/MAX, ASSIST2SELL etc..)

I had a lot of great feedback today. I am changing all scores to a YES (5) or NO (1 or unrated score). We still welcome all new entries for the next 3 days or so (weekend) then we will deliberate and make a decision as soon as we can. Ok, just one question, when we dont win a contest, the design we submitted are still our isn't? Tell me if i'm wrong but when we win a contest and we get paid for our design,it's like we were selling copyright to the CH no? Because i see somebody here, using the same design (or very close) that he used in a other contest and where he win! would be bad to see 2 company with almost the same logo when there is a lot of beautiful and 100% original logos here!
