GLAZE GOURMET HAND PIES (GHP) are mini hand held dessert pies, crafted for one, and baked to golden perfection. Each individual pie has its own idenity, filled with unforgettable fillings and often drizzled with our signature brown butter glaze. GLAZE uses only the freshest ingredients. Seasonal fruits are always fresh, hand, picked, and purchased from local organic producers. We use all natural ingredients that are preservative free. We alway bake fresh to order. Our target audience are those who are desire to eat real food. Mostly decision makers women over 30 to 55 years of age. Offer as coporate gifts. Catering events and small independant coffee houses that sell baked goods.
