We are a house Flipping Company located in Evansville, IN. We are targeting sellers of distressed homes that need work. We are looking for a modern logo that is visible and printer friendly. ☆☆We are seeing multiple entries of the same basic designs, maybe think OUTSIDE the box, show us something more "exciting"!

The design should have the following

We are looking for a modern logo that is visible and printer friendly. Logo should have the Flipping Evansville and you should be able to determine by logo that its real estate that we flip. I am open to colors and will give direction / comments on the design.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Not a Character type logo but open to any other type

Colors to use in the design

I am open to colors. Logo should be 2 colors or less and able to be used as a black and white logo as well.
