Describe your company and organization and target audience

This for launch of a new consulting/coaching company (professional services) that develops healthcare leaders. "Equipping healthcare leaders to transform their organization." Need a logo for branding and identity. The target audience is typically professionals who taking leadership roles. Often men, doctors, aged in their 40's. They have been successful in practice and are taking on new roles in their organizations.

The design should have the following

Professional, elegant, modern. Something that will interest potential customers. Have been looking at a lot of symbols lately. But, am totally open to design inspirations from the designers. I need your design brilliance!!

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
