The European Academy of Orofacial Pain and Dysfunction organizes annual scientific conferences to create a meeting place for all professionals dedicated to Orofacial Pain and Dysfunction (OPD). Orofacial pain means pain in the mouth and face. An example of dysfunction is limited mouth openig to due a problem in the jaw joint.
The Academy serves to maintain an active network of OPD experts who can advance knowledge and best clinical practice in this field.

The design should have the following

Ideally the design reflects
1) the anatomical orofacial regions and/or the trigeminal nerve (the nerve that innervates the orofacial region)
2) professional interdisciplinarity beyond the field of OPD and beyond Europe’s strict geographic borders
3) pain referral/radiation
4) outer (contextual) influences on pain
5) targeting pain from different perspectives

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
