Enrico Del Sol will be a boutique unit/apartment building and is the name of the building. In english it means "Enrico of the sun".

It's positioned across the street from a beautiful beach, lovely park land and has a very seaside aspect with shops and wine bars just up the street. The area is calm, relaxed, beachy and this building suits some older people selling their big homes and wanting a seaside change.

The design should have the following

Since it's a boutique apartment/unit building with only 13 units, we'd like the name to look elegant, yet casual with those beach type colours of sand, sea, sky, sun. Not the big bold colours, but something a bit more toned down but still fresh. It needs to reflect the feel of the area.

It would be great to have a banner in the colours of the logo that we can use along the bottom of a letterhead if we need one.

I'd like to see versions of the LOGO with the slogan AND without it.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I'm not really seeing big bold colours, unless you can make it work well with elegance and beach casualness mixed in two.
