revert back to the exact same submission as entry#:9996 (http://www.elogocontest.com/client/entry_detail.php?contestid=182&entryid=9996) -exact same colors, font, border, style, everything (2) differences i. remove the blue part from the E. the E would be in red and white stripes instead, similiar to the other E at the end ii. add stars to the blue section of the I. so there are just as many stars on the I as the other letters. there should not be an empty blue part anywhere on "Independence" (as there is none on the flag) thank you for your patience with the mods.
