Elite Properties is a real estate development company specializing in residential real estate specifically apartment buildings and townhomes. With lots of competition in the market we are involved in we are looking for a logo to stand out and suggest professionalism and expertise in the field. There is little regulation so lots of amateurs and companies lacking experience are able to enter our property market. We want to make sure our logo and brand shows that we have given time to every detail of our company and that are in the market to stay. The company is open to ideas so we are looking for someone with creativity. The company name is ELITE so something to symbolize confidence and experience in upmarket, luxury, high end type of real estate. Loud but tasteful colors are welcome, logo will be used for print and web. Logo colors will become company color scheme which is not yet decided.
