We are a rock band based out of Memphis, TN. You can listen to our music here:

We try to play music that is influenced a lot by Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age. Our band isn't heavy metal, but should give off a somewhat serious vibe. Definitely not cartoonish or playful.

The design should have the following

We currently have a lightening bolt image. We really like that idea, but other ideas are welcomed. We see something that is a very simplistic and modern logo (with or without "Electric Animals" in it).

This will ultimately be used as our profile pic for Facebook, Instagram, etc. Ideally, it would be also used for some stickers as well.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

We tossed this idea out to some designers and got back ideas more with wall outlets and usb chargers. Think more of electricity as a an energy force rather than a utility or something mechanical. Definitely not looking for a logo that from the genre of metal or hardcore.

Colors to use in the design

Solid black background!! Colors are up for artists discretion bearing in mind it is for a rock band. Something in the realm of neon is what we keep coming back to. Maybe something backlit. Inspired by neon signs?
