Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are an excavation site contractor. We provide a wide variety of services from sports field and solar field to commercial building site work.

It’s a tight family run business with 20 employees and 35 pieces of equipment all newer Cat equipment. We invest heavily in new technology in the industry to try to keep ahead of the competition.

I want to appeal to clients that we are a solid, professional, clean cut operation for whatever sitework project they need done.

The design should have the following

Ideally the full name of the company (Earth Dynamics LLC) would be clear and bold but I understand it’s a long name so I would consider abbreviated version just E.D. or E.D. LLC Unfortunately it’s hard to do without people resorting back to erectile disfunction (which I definitely want to avoid). I like the idea of incorporating a bulldozer outline or blade in the logo or an excavator bucket or excavator arm and bucket. I like the idea of incorporating an icon into the image somewhere to help narrow down what exactly Earth Dynamics LLC does.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Colors to use in the design

Company trucks are fire engine red and the large dump trucks are burgundy. The equipment is all yellow with black trim. Traditionally I have used white, grey and black to keep good contrasting neutral colors that work on a variety of background colors but I’m open to creativity.
