We are a title insurance agency, which helps to facilitate real estate documentation and transactions. Our Company helps customers securely take possession of what is often the biggest purchase of their lives, their home. Our services insure that the person they are buying from is legally able to sell the property and that their purchase is recorded legally creating proof of ownership. We further are the escrow agent which handles the funds for the transaction making sure that the buyers money actually gets to the seller. Because we are handling the funds for our clients largest purchases it is very important that we have the customers trust, which is the biggest brand element we want to stress.

The design should have the following

We would like the word EXACT to be all capitals in our name. We are biased towards blue color schemes but are open to other options.
