I am working on a mentorship program for a large entertainment company. This is internal facing and will not be used for the public or for profit. It is a program for executives to help grow the internal talent pool, giving back, and enriching their own lives in the process. We are building a community of long standing relationships between mentor, mentee, and mentees getting to know one another.

The design should have the following
