Describe your company and organization and target audience

We provide a web-based service for doctors to share their personally developed materials with other doctors. The service allows for some material to be given away for free, but most material will be available for purchase. Content for sale could include medical forms, processes, office management documentation, or staff training materials. Target audience would be doctors from all specialties of medicine.

The design should have the following

I want to convey competence and trustworthiness without looking boring. I would prefer the background to be transparent so that it is easily used on multiple different mediums. Possible tagline to be added: "Create, Share, Succeed" with a caret between Share and Succeed and the word "Implement" written in (maybe in a contrasting color and/or different font)

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
