Describe your company and organization and target audience

An internet based media and advertising company. Target Audience is tech savvy mid-30's Marketing Managers (male and female) in large enterprise organizations.

The design should have the following

Seeking a clean and modern feel design. Generally leaning towards a modern font with 'DemandWorks' perhaps broken into two colors for each word (no space between words). Ideally the 'Media' part should be smaller and less prominent. Seeking the 'DemandWorks' part to stand out. Cookie cutter art work / images are not required but maybe a cool play on a letter or two?? Looking forward to seeing some cool designs.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
