The design should have the following

I would like to logo very similar to our current logo. However, i would like to use only 2 colors - red and blue. Minor changes are welcomed but don't want to change too much.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen
