Are we getting too close to Van Halens design now? I know what you are talking about with the similarity to the name, I thought of doing a DH in the style of VH when I read your brief I know what you are referencing, but its such a famous and trademarked design (with or without the wings) I didn't want to go there. Are you saying now that we can get 'close' to it, as this is really sketchy legal grounds?
