We are a real estate company in rural North Dakota. We help our clients buy and sell residential, agriculture, commercial, and industrial properties. We have a focus on revitalizing and sustaining rural communities and family farms and ranches.

The design should have the following

While our business focus is on rural communities and family farms, we want the logo to reflect our forward thinking and modern business. It could include an image of a house or landscape but we do not want it to feel outdated in any way.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Swirly fonts that are hard to read or bright colors. We want the design to be very professional. No skyscrapers as we don't have any in North Dakota.
