Describe your company and organization and target audience

i would like the logo to have some resemblence to the tattoo in the picture but plz feel free to be artistic, so long as there was some inspiration from the tattoo, maybe include something with a chain link background

The design should have the following

without to much fine detail, one of the primary uses will be in silkscreening tshirts & too much detail is no good there. black & red or just black i would like the logo to have a "center" or just a lil symetry so that can be centered on shirts
