CH do you feel the font is hard to read because of the arc going through it or because of the colours? Once I know I can adjust accordingly

Thank you all for your concepts and the hard work. After much consideration and debate we have selected 'thinkforward' as the winner. Our decision was based on the simple and memorable design, good case approach, and that the logo can be used on many different types of media without losing it's theme.
