@b8design whoa...exact, even down to the lines over the two words. That person at that site withdrew the entry. Stolen from here or vice versa?

why you would even steal a logo that terrible is beyond me. it is an atrocious design.

To B8, can I have the specific link to the design you're referring or the company's brand name so we could see it? Thanks. To MartyJones, please be careful with the words you're using when accusing fellow designers stealing such design which also was not yours (referring to 'Perfectly Green Logo Contest').

The link used to go to an entry on the contest site CrowdSpring in a contest called Identity design for small foundation. That contest has since been made completely private after I signed up there and saw the entry myself. It had been withdrawn at that time, but it was still able to be seen and it WAS exact. I would like to point out that it is just as likely to have been stolen from HERE as THERE and that no one is actually pointing fingers as there is no evidence stating which entry came first. I had mentioned the 'similarity' in a thread asking members how they found their way to CrowdSpring. Shortly after that, someone PMmed me asking what site I had come from, so I told them. Here is the link to that thread: http://forums.crowdspring.com/showthread.php?t=190&page=8 Now NONE of the submissions on that contest are visible. I expect that one could ask the admins on the site about it, however, as they appear to be very accessible.

I am glad that 'Design Court' is now implemented, atleast these fellows who maliciously intend to pull down one or the other by posting comments or blog to discredit his/her entry. I like the people who spent time to do detective sideline in able to discipline us. My appeal to this contest, can anyone could help locate that design as what b8design & eZoeGraffix had seen at Crowdspring so I voluntarily return the prize to the Admin if that so. In fact, I never login Crowdspring and I wish I could if I have extra time. I know some fellow during this contest tried to discouraged the CH by sending PM and now it happening again & again in every contest of this site. I wish the Design Court would also review to these people in able to protect this site.
