Describe your company and organization and target audience

My current logo shows a businessman with a jetpack "taking off". I like this, but prefer a logo that is more easily recognizable with and without the name. Maybe a rocketship logo? I am open to related ideas. I like strong, bright colors that pop.

We really target all job seekers, students and professionals, of all professions/ages who are seeking information, advice and resources on personal branding, career searching, career management, social media and more.
