Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a small investment boutique firm (my wife and myself for now but will grow) specialized in real estate investment and private equity deals. Target audience is potential investors, high-net worth individuals, family offices, institutions or other private equity firms. Need to convey a sense of modernity and professionalism, clean, white glove type investment services, trust and confidence.

The design should have the following

clean simple design modern and not too traditional like other private equity companies. We want a slick design with modern letters. Designer can play with the letters C/B (Capital Boutiq) in upper case.
Capital Boutiq written at the top with a line and "real estate & private equity" written below the line. clean simple using modern letters like A with no bar ^

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Not something cheesy like a boutique store front or real estate building or a tree as a symbol. no big fat logo with bold font letters or other colors than the ones we asked for. Designer can take some creativity and try different color schemes in the same blue/green modern spirit. No symbol like flower, can play with letters C and B to create a CB modern look maybe.
