rochelleann, you're three c's design resembles the canterbury of new zealand apparel logo... not to an exact, obviously, but you may want to change it up a little.

I would say the two logos are quite different, sure they each have 3 C"s but there is a very distinctive difference between the two. There is absolutely no copyright issue there

Gosh, I suppose it is a bit similar. Simply123 is right, however, there would not be a copyright issue as they are very different also. Different color, shape, inside, font, spacing, etc. I appreciate you pointing this out though, Jaron - it always helps to have fresh eyes look for similarities in logos.
