Describe your company and organization and target audience
The company is a B2B business management and advisory firm. It effectively has two faces: one face advises mid-market businesses in a somewhat traditional management consulting role (imagine a bunch of MBAs that advise on operational enhancements, financial structuring, leadership and so forth) frequently on the way to some sort of transaction (a merger, acquisition or generational transition, where finance-specific tasks like valuations and financial analysis are the focus). Traditionally this is a very conservative type of space. The second face works directly with startups: we run a "development league" for early stage ventures, primarily technology and biotech, which is typically a more "hip and young" space.
