Google CMS "Money Follows the Person." We would like that color of green incorporated in our logo. Also, this is a government program. We want it to appear consumer friendly -conservative but not stuffy.

We ran a design contest and the winning concept is attached. However, we are seeking a more polished final product and do not want graphic artists to be bound creatively by the concept. It should however incorporate one or more elements.
