Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are a nonprofit organization that provides free personalized classes and programs for seniors and others who wish to live a good life, despite having moderate vision loss. Classes include cooking, dancing, computers, personal wellness, art, music, etc. Our primary target audience is Seniors (Ages 55+) who have fading vision or eye diseases. These seniors wish to still stay active and healthy. They receive our free services through our outreach centers in the community or at one of our five centers in Southern California.
The design should have the following
We need a logo for our new Vision Connect program. We need the logo to have an SM mark on it as well. This new program is an 800 call center, as well as an online information center for the public to find answers to their questions about living well with low vision. We want the logo to communicate the fact that Vision Connect can connect you to resources and information on vision loss. It should communicate access to helpful information that can help someone live a fulfilling life. The logo should be Landscape format with an icon next to the words "Vision Connect." This logo will be used for
- Online (Website, facebook etc.)
- Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
- Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
- Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
- Television/screen
This design should not have this in the entries
No eyes, canes, braille dots, braille books, or guide dogs. Symbolism to vision is fine in the abstract, but this logo is about connecting people to information about living well with less vision. It is not a medical line and does not give medical advice.
