Describe your company and organization and target audience

Trusted buyer and re-developer of distressed homes. Our audience are home owners in a distressed selling situation looking to sell their home quickly to a compassionate, honest buyer. They always receive fair pricing and a personal touch.

The design should have the following

Very open to designs. Either a house, or a combination of house and eagle. The house should look fairly modest, if including an eagle it should NOT look predatory, but perhaps majestic, trusted, etc. Please keep entire logo to 1-3 colors max. Get creative and have fun!

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
