my office sell's real estate, insurance, and mortgages. so the logo must appeal to all three clients and all income levels.

The design should have the following

keep it simple I'm ok with some creativity but nothing crazy
bill konkol should not be split up all on one line no abbreviations probably will need to be underlined.
Slogan should be below name and not as big as Bill Konkol and centered
use a simple house not a complex house and only see the roof portion with the chimney of the house, only to cover a small portion of the name just like the logo (dr. Nate)I included in the contest not much different than that.
home must be over the right side of konkol and hang over just a little till the bottom is equal with the line
clean crisp lines not modern or cursive but a bold confidant look that will appeal to all income levels
I would like the gold that goes through the letters to go from dark to light back to dark subtle change
the name bill konkol is the logo not a logo or anything next to it or around it.. the name that sell
