This is a new property logo for a remodeled market rate multi-family "apartment" complex.
This is garden style construction NOT a high rise.
It is located in the VALLEY "desert" and should have neutral color pallet, with a possible accent color. no super bright colors.

I prefer the name be the main focus...
logos should be fairly simple if used.

The design should have the following

i am thinking of using the SUN for a logo theme

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

NO high rise in the logo.
NO Super bright colors.
NO logos that overpower the name.
NO house, home or roof logos please...
