This website is going to be a directory for Bead/Beading information like project instructions, gemstone information, articles on jewelry making, and bead/jewelry making supplies. People will have the opportunity to purchase enhanced listings for their projects or supply sites or just post their information as well.

The design should have the following

I would like a snarky or witty kind of logo - although too many beading sites go overboard with whimsy and lack substance. I would like something fun & memorable but conveys the substance & value of the site. I usually prefer something that looks best with a white background, but need help because I am not the designer! Whatever good ideas you have are good for me!

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Nothing 100% cute, or serious - need a mix. Strings of beads over or under the words tend to be overused - I'd like something different.
