This logo is being designed for a high-end waterfront condo project. The project will consist of 26 residential units and a brand new 62-slip marina for boating. Our target audience are second home buyers or "empty nest" home owners who enjoy boating. Someone who wants to enjoy living in a new construction residence while having their boat right outside their door. Given our price point on the condos, we expect that the type of buyer will be well traveled and possibly own a boat, or a second home in Florida or the Carolinas.

The design should have the following

We are wide open to ideas! The name BREAKWATER should be prominent in the logo. Think "Luxury Hotel"

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

No images of boats, lighthouses, keys, houses or palm trees please.
