Describe your company and organization and target audience
I own a private, exclusive, high end personal training studio in the community of Madison, NJ. I train primarily men and women ages 40-60 who are looking to tone, lose weight and feel better about themselves. In the next 3 years, I am also interested in adding another audience: training middle-high school girls who want to be healthy and fit but who are not in a school sport. I offer nutritional counseling and life coaching services as well. I really want to inspire and educate people to challenge the power within their body - to strengthen themselves and recognize that they have control over how they feel and how they look.
