I am the contest holder. Phonic was originally selected as the winner but our client was not satisfied with any of the logos enough for any of them to be used. After speaking with the Hatchwise team, they decided it would be best to reopen the contest.

Well, the customer is always right - so if the client wasn't happy with what he ended up with, it makes sense to continue the contest until a suitable logo is achieved. I would be interested in what the clients feedback was. What did he or she feel was missing or lacking? Best regards, Matthew

All I'm saying is the customer should be totally happy with the logo product they end up with. That just makes good business sense, for them and for all of us, even if that requires extra work for us designers. The happier the customer is with the final product, the more they will tell their friends about Hatchwise, and the more contests there will be for all of us to enter and win. Let's not argue, let's just concentrate on giving this customer the best possible logo designs to choose from.
