I help women align with their best self and un-do a lot of bad behaviors. I help them cope and heal with negative and "lacking" mindsets to reach abundance and complete their goals. Keywords: Coaching, alignment, confidence, goals, manifesting, abundance, healing

Target Audience
Women specifically but anyone who could use help aligning with their best self. The age group is 18-60+
