Our company is a business brokerage firm that specializes in marketing of CPA, Tax and accounting practices. We match Sellers with buyers and help negotiate the deal and guide the transaction to closure.

We are similar to a Real Estate broker but for businesses and within a specific niche of businesses - i.e., CPA, Tax and accounting practices.
