Planetprintwork did quite a good job. Black and orange colors are good match. He just need to do abit more work. Icon i like to see is graduate hat OR graduate hat and stroll OR book(s). Human as logo icon are difficult to design.. Good example using book as icon is Singapore education: http://app.stb.gov.sg/data/pages/7/f4b9ec30ad9f68f89b29639786cb62ef/edu_logo.jpg If you have queries feel free to ask.

Thank you for all the designs. But it seems I find planetprintwork is still the best. If you have doubts what I want. I am looking for a design something like planetprintwork design - left side with icon and right with letters. Planetprintwork font is fine, the colors are matched. Changes the design of the hat needed. I like black and match with another color, can be red or green. These are some of my ideas i may like to have. But if you have good or better ideas, i don't mind you send your piece of creativity.
