The design should have the following

Visually pleasing, including modern, bold and eye catching art work, may include dessert oasis (palm tree/cactus), a home roof topping over embellished categories of home ownership and investments (One Stop Shop). Incorporate red, black and a pop of orange as scheme of colors.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries
