The design should have the following

The name Awaken Properties relates directly to Spiritual Growth... in the sense that when someone commences their Spiritual Awakening then they grow far beyond what they have ever known or dreamed of becoming in this lifetime... and as with Property Development... the awakening of a property is the realisation of that property by the developer (me) that it can become far greater than just an old house on a massive block... and grow into a block of high quality townhouses (5-20)... or be subdivided into 5-10 smaller lots where individual brand new homes can be built on each new block... awakening every square metre of that once dilapidated and mostly unused property…

The basis for the design... on the left is a left handed (anti-clockwise) spiral with 2 rotations leading straight up to a one sided arrowhead... 45 degree angle with the arrowhead stopping inline with the centre of the spiral...

To the right is the other half of the broken arrow (imagine an arrow split into two)... where the arrowhead (45 degree angle) is started lower than the left arrowhead (offset)... and does NOT connect (leave a gap) with the arrow neck (vertical line)... and the arrow neck stops (drops) shorter than the left hand spiral... inline with the centre of the spiral...

At the lower right corner of the "arrow" is an L-shape... like an extended bracket to a picture... that runs horizontally just pass the left hand edge of the spiral... and stops vertically half way up the arrow neck...

The spiral represents that the path isn't always straight... and that one must move around and around in circles initially... and usually for extended periods of time... before it can clearly see its true path forward... I had anticipated turning that spiral into a golden Fibonacci spiral (Google it) as it historically represents infinite expansion, symbolizing the expansion of nature and the universe, reflecting the magical inter-connectedness of our micro- and macro-cosmos…

The broken arrow represents that even though we may know what direction we want to go in (up)... that journey isn't always covered with obstacles or complete... hence the broken areas between the right arrowhead and neck...

The L-shape at the bottom right corner represents the foundation of life and any development project... and it is also representative of a property boundary that defines the vision and pathway forward for that specific development...

I may introduce an arc into the design that represents the sun/moon that varies in size and location around the "arrow" and may include "rays of light" radiating from this arc... but I need the "arrow" design to be "perfect" before we add anything further to it...


If you have another design that incorporates my "vision" above... please send it through... or even anything totally different that embodies a spiritual awakening and a graphical representation of a house/building... this could be interesting...

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
