Our company, Athelytix, provides precision sports analytics for training and recreation.

We capture precise sports data using The GRID, a system that uses optical lasers to track precise speed and trajectory of sports objects. Originally developed for baseball and softball, our patent covers the tracking of ANY sports object whose speed, location and/or trajectory is of value to measure. (e.g. tennis balls, footballs, golf balls, hockey pucks or soccer balls, etc.)

Our initial target audience includes baseball/softball and players and coaches at all levels. Major league teams can use the system to train their pitchers and/or provide a novel fan experience.
