We have played around with designs where the 99 and the S in Sandy and the S in Shores are somehow intertwined. Perhaps using greens and blues and other tones reflecting beach/ocean.

Families looking for rental home for family vacations. This a fairly expensive rental so upper income families will be most likely target. Proximity to beach is big selling point.
