The design should have the following

We would like the logo to include the entire name (1:5 Foundation) but the 1:5 portion of the logo needs to be iconic – something that can be trademarked to be used on various product lines (e.g. made into a piece of jewelry or used to brand a clothing line). Similar to how the N in Nueterra’s logo can be used separately (see it at www.nueterra.com ) While our legal name is “1:5 Foundation” it is not necessary for the 1:5 to be in this format. It can be any combination of letters and numbers, such as: One5 1Five One-Five We do want to be able to trademark this iconic portion of the logo.
