after hatchwise pay me, then I was told to send the original file and several types of image files terssebut, then they give it to you ...... you just ask only to administrators hatchwise on the type of file you want. thank you

This is what is said on the Hatchwise site: "The files include the source file (usually .ai format), .eps, .jpg, gif, .png,.tiff and any other files that you request."
I just want to make sure whatever I get is scaleable. Will I be able to contact you after I get the files?Thanks.
