Good! Not a fan of the blue/white and red/white gradients though.... Clip-art could use some work too. Instead of those type of gradients, maybe try something more like the "File 4" I'm about to upload. Clip-art is decent, can't point to anything wrong with it in particular, maybe it just isn't suited for this particular design? Still good!
