I own a CrossFit in Sunriver Oregon. My target audience is other Crossfitter's in the surrounding area's for a competition.

Open: Male, female, and teams male/male and female/female
General info: 96 total spaces available so reserve soon, You pick your time you compete (first come first picked), 3 WODS each scored differently( Total Horsepower, Specific Horsepower, And Total wieght moved,), 6 Platforms going at a time, WODs start every 10 Min, Fun Small Family Box, Awards and cash for 1ST in each division and Top HorsePower,
WOD 1: YOU PICK MOVE(deadlift, powerclean, or Snatch), YOU PICK THE WEIGHT, WE MEASURE YOUR RACK HIEGHT, YOU or YOU AND YOUR PARTNER MOVE THAT WEIGHT WITH THAT MOVE FOR 5 MIN. PLUG INFO INTO FORMULA AND WE TELL YOU YOUR HORSEPOWER. THE MOST IN 5 MIN WINS.
