Create a Simple Icon that Captures Four Graphics

I need a simple icon to use that reflects a series of four objects or drawings. Those drawings include a circle, polygons of a certain blade shape, circles that form a wheel diagram which can have up to six circles, and a third that takes some or all of the circles and breaks them into sections which you can also call pieces or segments. The icon needs to reflect the three layers or levels and the circle. A final images shows how they can be laid over top of each other.
I've uploaded five files that depict the idea. The last one combines them all together. The colors you see used in my example are not required. Rather, I want you to create a beautiful icon with a fresh view and approach. Can you show in some way how the combination is greater than the sum of the parts? IT needs to be iconic, not a logo in that the image needs to be memorable.
I suggest you use a limited number of colors, which can include black. Keep in mind that the icon will need to be visible when quite small in size so simple is much better.
I suggest using a series of primitives or shapes but leave the concept up to you. Just have the four elements clearly present. The feeling or words that come to mind for the icon are path, forward progress, rapid evolution, digital, internet, action, getting things done, accomplishment, movement, satisfaction, and being at the center of things.
