Do you have rights to use their logos, mascots?

You can use copyrighted images if they are clearly over-the-top. Check out the following link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use#Fair_use_and_parody No logos on their own, however.

well..mascot(statue for exactly)is not a logo and it doesn't copyrighted..

As long as the mascots are engaging in ridiculous behavior, clearly parodying them, it is ok. For the "school logos", please avoid using their official logos, instead using a college-like text or a text that matches the theme of the artwork.
