Describe your company and organization and target audience
I have a passion for Pulled Pork and have worked the last 3 years perfecting the sauces and cooking process. I also make great pulled chicken & Quesadillas. I grind up my own meats for burgers and am learning how to make my own sausage. I have turned this passion into a part time job that is already very profitable and will soon be selling off of a food truck.
Venues will primarily be small fairs, catering events & the local car race track.
What do you need written
I am completely open to ideas. Keep in mind that I need a name and a logo as well. I could not group the contests together (NAME & LOGO) so I am forced to do them separately.
