B2B Manufacturing company looking for a new brochure/catalog design. Standard 8.5 x 11". Needs to match company branding.

The design should have the following

The brochure/catalog should look clean, modern, professional, and match the company branding. We made a very rough catalog, it's included in the assets. Basically, we need you to take this and make it look nicer than we can :) Important notes: - For all charts that have weights in lbs, we need to add a column next to it to have the weight in kg. Because we don't have all of the accurate numbers yet, please use 0.0 as a placeholder we can later edit. - If there's a way to make the tables look more consistent, please feel free to do so. - If you can make the cover better than what we have currently, please feel free to do so. - The PDF has text on the bottom of the cover that needs to be replaced with what's in "text-to-add.png"
