Describe your company and organization and target audience
I am a Realtor located in Atlanta Georgia that also buys and flips homes. I would like to increase my clientele as a real estate agent to gain more clients. My main focus is to gain more builders and investor clients that have homes they are working on or building. I would like to be looking at as more of the go to real estate agent for investors and builders. I have a lot of expertise in building and flipping homes so I know exactly what it will take to renovate or build and sell a home quickly.
Keller Knapp Realty is my real estate brokerage. As an agent or realtor in Georgia, you have to be signed to a brokerage company. Keller Knapp is my brokerage company and I work as an independent contractor under them.

I would like to focus on offering something very unique for absolutely free to gain clients. Staging. I want to offer Staging the home for clients that will allow me to list their home for sale. Staging is providing furniture, art, rugs and decor during the listing process that will help the home show better and sell faster.
